Some of our services listed on the website are chargeable, and we collect the payments as prepaid to use the service to our customers. We showcased an extensive portfolio of our real estate classified and advertising services for you, hence, you can check the features before opting to use our services. Once you have made the payments, that means you fully understand our terms and conditions. Therefore, if you take your steps back after confirmation, the amount you have paid is non-refundable. We accept payment by all the standard modes set by the Reserve Bank of India. We interact with our clients and do our best to solve all their queries and start work after their approval; therefore, there is no provision for any kind of refund. We clearly mention that the paid amount is non-refundable in any circumstance.

By taking our services, you are bound by this agreement, and you agree to abide by our policies. Ok4infogroup reserves the right to disable or terminate the user contract if a user is found in violation of our policy, and on account of this termination, payments paid will not be refundable.

  • The user may be free to cancel his/her free listing anytime. The user may also be permitted to cancel a paid listing anytime. In such cases, a refund or reimbursement will not be provided for the cancellation of a paid listing once the listing is published. However, if a cancellation request is received for a booking of a paid listing before the listing is published, a pro-rata percentage of the cost may be refundable subject to overhead conditions after this is appropriated towards processing fee charges of the listing.

  • If there has been an error in the listing on account of any error at our end and consequentially the listing is cancelled, a 100% refund will be provided to the customer within Thirty (30) days. The refund amount will not exceed the total amount paid, including taxes.

  • The cancellation will be effective after due confirmation from our side, and a notification to this effect will be sent to you.

  • No refund/cancellation would be permitted after the advertising campaign has begun or the payment is received, whichever is earlier. If an advertising campaign is cancelled by us due to our company policies, you would be entitled to a refund on a pro-rata basis (after deducting the amount for the deliverables already served).

  • Notwithstanding this policy, any specific terms and conditions mentioned on individual product & service pages, and/or as agreed with a user before/during/after the transaction, will override the terms and conditions mentioned here in case of a conflict.

  • We may make changes to our products & services, and associated terms & conditions (including terms and conditions on refund and cancellation), from time to time. You are advised to refer to our latest terms and conditions on this page and the associated product/service-specific terms and conditions page before making an ad booking.
