How to Request Account Deletion

Users can request deletion of their account and associated data by following these steps:

• Send an email to support@ok4homes.com
• Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request – Ok4Homes”
• Include the registered mobile number used to create the account
• Our support team will verify the request and process the deletion

Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon successful verification, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• User account profile
• Registered mobile number
• Address details
• Booking history
• App activity data

Data That May Be Retained

The following data may be retained for legal, compliance, or audit purposes:

• Transaction records (if applicable)
• Invoices or payment-related data

Retention Period

• Account and personal data: Deleted within 7–30 days
• Legally required records: Retained as per applicable laws
